Gourmet Garden
The Gourmet Garden is the major fundraiser for the Zonta Club of Trenton/Mercer. Each year, the members of the club choose an honoree to be recognized at the event with a grant. At a recent Zonta Club of Trenton/Mercer meeting, Club president Susan Valentine presented Crawford House executive director, Linda Leyhane, a check to provide Crawford House residents with dental care. Each year, the Zonta Club of Trenton/Mercer selects one project to be the primary beneficiary of its Gourmet Garden, a food and wine tasking fund-raising event. Crawford House, this year’s recipient, has been providing transitional housing and addiction treatment service to New Jersey Women for 30 years.

Our Sixth Annual Gourmet Garden took place October 1, 2009 at the Hamilton Manor, Hamilton Twp., New Jersey.
